Mission générale

  • Mission : Part of Hermes Parfums UK team, reporting into Market Managing Director and in collaboration with the European marketing operational team, Marketing Asssistant will help to drive the development of  brand image, awareness & loyalty of Hermes Parfums  through the Hermes stores & external distribution in the UK & Ireland.

Principales activités

Role responsibilities : Online & digital performance- participate in building strategic online retailer plan to grow retail sales online, optimize online visibilityMarket insights - participate in analysing and segmenting market to support business   growth- propose marketing plans to maximise ROI profitability through matching current and future capacity  with current and future retailers opportunities- communicate business and market trends - provide regular competitor analysis to identify competitor’s current & future strategies & threats- participate in defining the potential short, medium and long-term implication to the business, and develop targeted plans to mitigate competitor strategiesOperational marketing- help in creating and driving the in-store & online marketing plan across Hermes stores and retail partners - help in improving customer journey and experience in store - participate in building customer loyalty nationally and growing clientele data base for Image and A doors-manage retailer POSM allocation calendar-be the key contact and liaison for marketing and PR development  with all wholesale accountsBudget follow-up - follow new product launches, forecast by retailer, sell out allocations monthly- follow Marketing & POSM budgetsIn-store & Online animations- develop and prepare in- store activities with central marketing team and manage local production AgencyMerchandising- ensure online visibility is optimized and respect brand guidelines  at all time- control in-store merchandising to be up to standard and update quarterlyMedia- help in coordinating media plan

Profil du candidat

  • Candidate profile : Graduated with a  Bachelor degree in marketing internationalAt least 1 experience in similar role with premium beauty brand or other luxury brands Drive for results and leadership skillsHighly creative to think out of the boxAdvanced communication and interpersonal skillsUp to date with latest trend and marketing best practicesComfortable to work with numbersEnjoy working in fast paced and multi tasking environmentTools : word, excel, powerpoint English fluent / French speaking is a plus
