- As the Operations Associate, you will be responsible for coordinating all operational functions of the store including the customer experience, repairs and after sales service, inventory control, supply management, store operations and maintenance in compliance with Group procedures. You will ensure the organization and efficient operation of all back of house areas and systems to serve the front of house and positively impact the experience of our internal and external customers:
Responsibilities Include- After sales service, administration and management of product repairs- Shipping, Receiving and Ticketing- Inventory controls including physical counts- Stock organization, ensuring efficient flows and accurate inventory- Coordinating packaging and supplies - Managing store maintenance requirements with third party vendors- Support front of house activities as required (e.g. POS, customer sales support)

- Proven 3+ years progressive retail operations experienceOrganized and hands on with strong attention to detailExcellent computer skills Proficient shipping, receiving and customer service experienceBilingual, superior written and verbal communication skills Must work well under pressure and able to multi task.
