- Reporting to the Business Manager/Regional Manager the Sales Associate should represent the brand spirit and values in the field as a Hermes Brand Ambassador delivering on set objectives.
The Sales Associates should be proficient in completing the sales process. Use their knowledge of products and services to increase sales and meet sales targets. Sales Associates will be required to deliver a world class client consultation and attend training sessions to keep up to date on brand products and stay aware of competitor trends. The following Tasks will be required:• Delivering on brands customer service standards• Handling client enquiries• Supporting team members • Representing the company • Attending meetings • Achieving set targets and annual productivity• Maintaining databases
