Mission générale

  • • To deliver the retail sales targets set out through motivating store team to promote Hermes, implementing activity and building customer data base.
  • • To build and maintain strong relationships with store management and store employed beauty advisors to achieve targets as set in line with company objectives
  • • To act as a brand ambassador and ensure effective communication of brand values both internally and externally

Principales activités

> Retail
• Prepare, implement and monitor a business quarterly inline with retail targets including specific targets for key launches and sites
• Ensure delivery of targets and productivity by headcount
• Implement launch strategy in line with marketing plans
• Close management of staffing agencies and monitoring of instore sales performance. Identify top performers and nurture their talent.
• Ensure business budgets are adhered too
• Instore ongoing on counter coaching
• Implement and optimise visual merchandising according to guidelines so they are at the highest standard
• Close monitoring of point of sale material (POSM - testers, samples, blotters, glorifiers) and completing and submitting POSM order forms when necessary

> Team Requirements
• Motivate and empower the team to exceed retail while monitoring productivity (KPI’s)
• Review regularly the performance, opportunities and challenges of each team member to ensure an appropriate support plan is implemented.
• Ensure all team members attend training sessions provided whenever possible
• Ensure all counters adhere to Hermes selling methods, merchandising and personal grooming standards.

  • Ability to be both proactive and reactive as required
  • Proven negotiation and influencing skills to recruit people and secure space in store for activity as required
  • Makeup and fragrance training preffered
  • Strong communication skills – ability to set targets with your team, articulate them and review the performance with your team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Competent IT skills (Outlook and MS Office)
