Mission générale

  • •To deliver the retail sales targets in all accounts through motivating store team to promote Hermes through recruiting, retaining and developing a best in class team•To build and maintain strong relationships with store management and store employed beauty advisors to achieve targets as set in line with company objectives•Working closely with John Lewis, House of Fraser, Selfridges, TPS, Harvey Nichols, Fenwick and Independents•Help in delivery the Hermes training objective to the field team•To act as a brand ambassador and ensure effective communication of brand values both internally and externally

Principales activités

1/ All Doors--> Wholesale•Propose and work closely with the team on specific launch objectives for independent and key account stores•Ensure the correct level of stocks for both new launches and basic assortments are in store•Assist in forecasting sales and risk assessment--> Retail•Prepare, implement and monitor a business plan for all doors to achieve retail targets including specific targets for key launches and sites•Implement launch strategy in line with marketing plans, negotiating sites and promotional activity at store level where appropriate•Support sales directly in top doors •Close management of staffing agencies and monitoring of instore sales performance. Identify top performers and nurture their talent. •Assist in allocation of permanent and temporary staffing budgets•Review distribution, recommending store openings and closures•Assist in reviewing classification of accounts, ensuring investment is targeted to high potential/high performance stores•Identify space and location opportunities and negotiate locally when possible or recommend optimisation to retail manager•Ensure store management and store employed Beauty Advisers are fully aware of the Marketing Plan, are fully trained on new launches/events and basic assortment•Implement and optimise merchandising guidelines on each store visit, ensuring the brand is represented to the highest standard•Close monitoring of point of sale material (POSM - testers, samples, blotters, glorifiers) and completing and submitting POSM order forms when necessary•Build network of potential Beauty Advisors on each visit. Recognising and scouting future talent throughout the region•Train and deliver excellent customer service, leading by example as a Hermes Ambassador, across both consultant and non-consultant doors•In store direct selling in key stores on an ad hoc basis as and when required2/ Consultant Doors•Support sales directly in top doors •Recruit and retain a strong team for each account with the relevant experience needed •Set retail sales, staffing, stock and productivity targets by counter that deliver the company’s budgetary requirements•Motivate and empower the team to exceed retail while monitoring productivity (KPI’s)•Review regularly the performance, opportunities and challenges in individual stores (and across the region) to ensure an appropriate business strategy is applied•Ensure all recruitment, performance management and disciplinary activity follow guidelines •Ensure all counters adhere to Hermes selling methods, merchandising and personal grooming standards.•Train and develop the field team to Hermes service standards3/ Agency doors•Working closely with preferred agencies •Training both consultant and non consultant doors•Forward planning with rota management and getting consistency on bookings•Grooming and merchandising standards implemented
