Mission générale

  • The Sales Admin Coordinator is a key role within the store.  Weekly sales reports, work on administrative paperwork and communication with other teams will be part of the daily tasks for this position. This position reports directly to the Store Manager.

Sales Support

Check daily sales & ,monthly sales
Update My store control
Prepare competitor report
Check discount sales & staff sales
Update CRM events and data
Manage stock control
Review tax-free documents
Review and update customer information card
 

Team member support

Manage working schedule and annual leave request
Order uniforms and equipment needed in the store
Manage store expense
Manage customers' anniversary and gifts
Manage part-timer
Support the store manager and events

Profil du candidat

  • Experience in related field
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Well versed in IT skills (Microsoft Office suite and CRM Systems)
  • Administrative or Sales background preferred
  • Detail oriented
  • Must speak Korean and English
