For our flagship store in Copenhagen we are looking for a: Stock & Facilities Support

Mission générale

  • The Stock & Facilities Support helps the Stock & Facilities Officer in running all stock & administrative operations to give full support to sales and customer service.

Principales activités

DELIVERIES

Handle all delivery operations: carry boxes, unpack, control packing list, dispatch goods in store or in storage room, manage the stock system
Labelling new arrivals
Daily reception and checking of client orders received
Daily reception and checking of H.com orders and managing in the system

 
STOCK MANAGEMENT
Support the Stock & Facilities Officer in all aspects of the stock management, and in particular :

ensure that store stock is kept in a safe and rigorous manner, reachable, clearly and logically organized
monitor & control stock movements: transfers, returns, damaged/faulty goods, missing goods, …
alert on expired reservations
manage annual or punctual price change
monitor orders and reorders of boxes and samples
replenish sales floor regularly (products, packaging, samples )
organize, monitor and follow product transfers 

                                                                 
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Support the Stock & Facilities Officer in the management of after-sales operations
 
FACILITIES
 Monitor stock of store and office supplies, beverage for customers

Profil du candidat

  • 2 – 3 years of experience in stock management in retail
  • IT system skills
  • Attention to detail
