As a manager, they lead the sales team, motivate them and stimulate their appetite for business development and customer service.
As a buyer, they have direct responsibility for purchasing and for the product range and inventory available in the store.
As a seller, they welcome local and international customers so that everyone feels at home.
As a communicator, they promote Hermès locally on a daily basis, and at public relations events they organize for customers.
They have an international profile and a mastery of several languages. Their product sense, customer service, strong interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as their real managerial fibre are crucial to success in this key role within Hermès.
